I had the pleasure to have Jessica help me with some shopping that I needed to get done. Her and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pants that I bought were extremely comfortable and on sale! I'm so glad I got them. I wouldn't have been able to get everything that I needed without the help of Jessica and the Old Navy Team. Thank you, guys!

I am standing the store, looking on a clearance rack. One of the workers literally comes and moves the rack as I am still at it looking at it. Doesn’t say a thing. What the heck.

I was surprised at the lack of staff. The clothing was not spectacular. Choices weren't good! I have never been to an Old Navy quite like this one.

This store is excellent. Great service, super clean and great styles. Hayley was a great associate and the manager on duty was so nice. Extra bonus were the super clean bathrooms. Hard to find a neat, clean, retail store these days with great help and this store knocked it out of the park.

When you only have one cashier working checkout and a line of people, maybe focus less on trying to get people to sign up for your Credit Card and just work on getting people through the line.I'm sure it's not the cashier's fault and that he's been instructed to try and sign up as many people as possible, with the appropriate verbage and talking points etc, but apply some common sense here.The poor lady didn't even realize that it's a Credit Card. She thought it was just a rewards program. What a predatory practice.
