“I’ve been coming to this Sherwin-Williams for years, and I’ve always had a pretty good experience. Today topped them all. The place was slammed — two employees up front, one guy mixing paint — but Desiree still took the time to help me match a few colors. I didn't think the colors were close enough, and she made me feel like there was no problem to take it back and try to get it closer. That's just because I'm picky. She was busy as hell, but she kept a smile on her face and had a great attitude the whole time. Honestly, she brightened my day, that started off pretty bad.
