Owner (also president) came to the house and told me the sistem was old and not working anymore. Needed a new system. CTech came and got it working within 1 hour. I could tell within 5 minutes they wanted to install a new unit. She did not charge me the time which I appreciate it now since she did not do anything more than waisting my time.

Palm Audio & Video hung two large TV's for us. They were friendly and neat, and my TV's look good. I recommend them to others needing this service.

I had bought a Bose soundbar a few years ago, and it never worked consistently. The Geek Squad wouldn't even look at it unless I could tell whether it was an installation issue or a soundbar-not-working issue. I was really frustrated as I had no way to tell which it was. They came out the same day I called (this was huge as I'm an out-of-town property owner and have to arrange everything in advance, usually) and got my non-working Bose soundbar hooked up correctly and working for the first time in years! Right after they left I was cleaning dust bunnies from behind the electronic and the whole bunch fell down and cords got disconnected. Of course I couldn't get it working and hadn't yet photographed the correct cord setup. I called them & they came right back and patiently set it up, correctly again. Hopefully I will not have any more A/V issues but if I do, would not hesitate in calling them again.

Palm Audio Video did a great job of updating my TV and whole house sound system. The install was timely and clean even though there were a few workarounds they had to do. Also Laurel went back to meet w/ a cable co. rep to make sure that everything worked. Stuck to the original estimate even though it was more work that she originally estimated. I would not hesitate to use them again and give them my highest recommendation. Great work, big thanks!
