I had the best experience at this location while visiting. The last thing you want on vacation is to have car troubles but Gregg made the entire process smooth and took care of our car TWICE in a timely manner to make sure we could get back on the road back home asap. Would highly recommend this location and in particular Gregg!! He needs some days off and a raise! Thanks again for such excellent and friendly service. (:

Deceptive pricing. Store does not honor their own website’s advertised prices. $40 difference in advertised vs charged price for oil change.

Nothing like getting to your vacation destination to have a nail in your tire! We drove from Wisconsin and I think this was our 3rd stop to get the nail fixed. Kids were hungry- we were tired .. Gavin & Gary agreed to help us out at the end of their day & I’m so incredibly thankful for their kindness!! Thank you for helping us!

There is nothing like having car trouble to stress you out and ruin your day. I walked into this Pep Boys in Destin and they got my vehicle in right away to see what the problem was. They had me back on the road and the problem resolved in almost no time. The staff really put me at ease and made a difficult time just a little easier. They were all very knowledgeable. You can't beat the year warranty on the work they performed. I'll most definitely use them again if the need arises.

My experience at Pep Boys was fantastic! I ran over a screw and woke to a completely flat tire. When I went to another tire dealer who told me that I needed to replace all 4 tires! (The tires are less than 2 years old). Pep Boys repaired my tire and gave such great service. I found them to be trustworthy and highly recommend!

Highly Recommended: Excellent Car Repair Service at Pep Boys!
We recently took a 2-day trip to Destin, Florida from Georgia. On our way back home, we encountered an issue with our Tesla—a flat tire. Since it was Sunday (06/16/2024), most tire shops were closed. The few that were open informed us they couldn't repair Tesla tires.
Thankfully, we found Pep Boys. We arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing time (6:00 PM), without an appointment. The person working at the front desk was incredibly helpful and managed to sort out the flat tire issue promptly.
Unfortunately, we forgot to ask for his name. If anyone from the store sees this review, please pass on our heartfelt thanks to him. Your assistance made all the difference! ?
