They charge me $150 because I couldn’t come to my appointment. We were military and we were moving so I would like to get my hair done before we were leaving. But I couldn’t come coz the person that supposed to work have an emergency and we’re were flying that night. I wish they could have tell me honestly before I will give my credit card info. And tell me that they will charge you if you couldn’t come to your appointment.
Very disappointed at this Salon. They charge me although they haven’t touched my hair or got any service. Next time please be honey to your client let them know you are going to charge them if they won’t make it on their appointment.

I’ve been going to Pure & Couture for years! Jackie is an incredible stylist. I like to do blonde highlights with a darker full color underneath, with hand tied extensions and she always nails it. The extensions are solid and last me 8-10 weeks. I love the whole team at the salon and 100% trust Jackie to take care of my hair and I know I’m going to love it. Highly recommend!

I have been going to P&C for about 8 months now and really enjoy it. Not only is my stylist Megan great, all the other stylists and front desk are friendly and always make me feel welcome. I love that they offer sodas, coffee and mimosas while you’re there. It’s an extra special touch. If one stylist isn’t available you can see another one and they’ll have your preferred hair products and style saved in the computer for easy processing.

Carissa was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! The salon is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and her head massage was incredible. I always feel so taken care of here and I seriously wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. Carissa is the best!

I haven't had my hair done professionally in over six years and it's hip length. I found Jackie and she has been absolutely amazing. She took time to discuss different options with me, was patient with my many questions, concerns, and anxieties, and made me feel comfortable. My cut is perfect - she took off only exactly what we discussed and I didn't walk out with extra inches gone. And the balayage is phenomenal - it looks amazing, my hair feels great, and the final result is exactly the beachy effortless look I was hoping for, which I'm confident was far less simple to achieve than her flawless work makes it seem.
