Literally writing a review because of the girl that helped me. I didn’t catch her name but she is super pretty with dark brown hair and nice makeup. She helped me right away, knew exactly what I needed, and got me all finished up in literally 2 minutes. I was in and out so quick thanks to her!

An older lady seemed pushy she asked me what I was planning on purchasing and I told her I was looking around at the moment but not even 2 minutes she’s back asking me questions because I was looking at the toners I have mental problems and her hanging over my shoulder makes me uncomfortable and my anxiety rise I believe that if I need your help we would ask but I didn’t, I think her name was Michelle anyway she doesn’t give space and needs to understand not everyone can handle being smothered and I don’t like being profiled either! ??

I visited this establishment and I was speaking to one of the new employees and she was trying so hard to figure out my situation, and the store manager was very rude very pushy. Meanwhile, a young lady was doing her best which I can tell she was getting a little upset. She seem like she knew exactly what to do, if Michelle would’ve let her do her job.

Just spent 45 min in traffic to come here only to find that they are closed until further notice due to "staffing concerns." Not sure why they can't update their hours online bc I looked them up before coming and it says hours were updated by the business a week ago.

I went into the Crestview Sally's. Michelle the manager helped me, so kind and caring. I have Covid hair, she helped me get through the hardest time with my hair, it's falling out. Everyone, go in and meet her. She's just amazing, you'll love her. ?

I was on vacation a few weeks ago in Destin. I needed a few hair products, so I stopped by this Sally's. There were two ladies working in the store. Both of them saw me, neither one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help finding anything. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and still nothing. They actually had what I wanted to buy, but since the customer service was non existent, I decided not to buy anything. I am an African American woman with big natural hair, but I'm friendly and had money to spend. I found what I needed elsewhere.

Went to Sally’s the other day to grab a few items.... they didn’t have everything I was looking for, but no big deal...however I had a few items, checked out, and paid... the cashier pushed my items towards me and looked at me strange... I said... can I get a bag for there? As it was several small items and awkward to hold in hand... she said that will be ...$$$ however. Much she quoted... maybe 15-30cents .... it’s not the money AT ALL it’s the fact that I purchased items and after the purchase had to awkwardly carry out my several items without a bag because I didn’t want to stay an have 15-30 cents charged on my card as I was in a bit of a hurry... I went over to ULTA.... they had what I needed and alas.... I got a bag!!! I will take my items back to Sally’s and won’t shop there ever again

Recently stopped by this location to grab some hair supplies and the store manager had outstanding customer service skills and was extremely friendly. Immediately upon entering, she greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I showed her a list of the items I needed (about 6 or 7 things) and she walked me through the whole store and picked up each item for me and asked if I had any other questions or anything else to get and helped ring everything up. She was extremely organized and the store was very clean. Such a great experience I had to share! It’s truly a blessing to come by such friendly and helpful people these days. Will definitely be back.
