  My experience here was terrible. I would have gave it no stars but I had no other choice. The nails came out clumpy and the design is horrendous. The nails I wanted were aura nails, which looks nothing like I got. The powder put on my nails was done very poorly. Instead of the lady saying she doesn’t know how to do the nails she did them anyway looking nothing like the picture I showed her. Please DONT COME here.!! Go anywhere else.(the first is what I asked for, the second is what I got)

  I gave the owner the opportunity to make this right at the salon and based on how she handled the situation I am deciding to leave a review which I never do.
  
  I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for years and have always recommended it to others, I have pictures of my oldest daughter in their kids pedicure chairs just a toddler barely able to reach her feet, today she came in with me 14 years old. And after today, I will never go back.
  
  My daughter and I came in together. I asked for my usual: a basic gel polish on my nails, which has always been $25, and decided to get a pedicure while I waited. When I arrived, I was told the pedicure would be $40, and if I wanted gel on my toes it would be an extra $20 — I chose regular polish for my toes, so the pedicure stayed at $40, exactly as discussed.
  
  The problem was with my nails. During my service, I was told the gel they were using was “new and better,” but at no point did anyone tell me it cost more. I trusted it was still my usual $25 price just like every other time, since the tech didn’t mention a price increase. I specifically asked how much the total would be and she laughed at me then didn’t answer, leaving me feeling awkward and not sure how to readdress this without sounding like a Karen.
  
  At checkout, I was shocked to be told my total for just my services was $97. When I asked why, I was told the gel on my hands was $65 because it was “new from Japan,” but they were giving me a “discount” — so $55 for my nails and $40 for my pedicure. I never agreed to this for my nails and was robbed of the chance to make an informed decision about the pricing before they started.
  
  When I explained how wrong this was, the owner didn’t apologize — instead, she told me “I didn’t have a lot of money” and insulted my nails for being too thin multiple times. For the record, if I didn’t have money, I wouldn’t be getting my nails done in the first place. This was never about not being able to pay — it’s about poor customer service and a business ripping off loyal LOCAL customers. It was humiliating and incredibly disrespectful, especially in front of my daughter.
  
  This is not about the quality of the gel or the skill of the work — it’s about trust, honesty, and respect for customers. I feel completely taken advantage of by a place I supported for years.
  
  If you choose to go here, be extremely clear about what they are using and exactly what it will cost before you sit down — or you might walk out overcharged and robbed of your right to make an informed decision, just like I did.

  Great place for a manicure or a pedicure! My daughter got a set of acrylic nails that turned out fabulous! Highly recommend it. And there's cute chairs that are kid sized for the children.

  Will definitely stop everytime we visit Destin. Loved the staff they were very friendly, spa was clean and our pedicures were great!

  May and staff are friendly and take their time to make sure you love your nails. My daughter had her own idea about what she wanted to get and May helped her vision come reality. We went on a Monday and had no wait. I would love to make another trip to Serinity Nail Spa the next time we are in Destin. Thank you 🩵

  Went with my mom and sisters as a late mother’s day treat. These gals love what they do. We made an appointment at 1 but asked if they could see us early, around 12. They got all four of us in at once and got us all started but not before offering to take a sweet photo of us all! They were multitasking 4 pedis all while chatting with us and making us giggle. My aesthetician, i wish i caught her name, noticed that i had damaged to my big toe and offered to fix both to be even before i could even open my mouth. Ive never had a more relaxing or gorgeous pedi in my life(and i have had a LOT) The other girl gave me a massage that made me forget who and where i was it was so good. I might have to take a trip to Destin once a month because i am hooked. Another shout out to the gentleman that came in later, very friendly and great to chat with. Everything was clean and well maintained. This salon is a rare find and i can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for a wonderful mothers day!!!

  I am A local. Mae and James both amazing. If you get dip done here you will never go anywhere else. They use the highest quality product. In addition , they don’t do any type of Dremel or drill on the top layer of your actual nail, so there is no damage. Your nails are healthy and strong underneath their dip. They last 4-5 weeks. I have gotten nails done at probably 20 different places. It was mae that educated me on what gel nails was doing to my toes and why breaking.
  They are the most ethical and honest salon.

  Visiting from out of town needed to have a pedicure done the technicians name was May. She was absolutely phenomenal and actually educated me on how to prevent my toenails from becoming brittle would recommend highly to everyone.
