When reviewing the response to my post I noticed I forgot to mention how helpful Michael was. When Grant was going to adjust the bed height in the showroom, so I could try it. Michael assisted him. I t was a lot of work and I am very grateful they were willing to do that. They are a great team. Thanks again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’d rate -100 stars if possible. We spent over $3,000 on a mattress and adjustable base that arrived damaged and noisy. A technician confirmed the defects and missing parts, but customer service refused to issue a refund. Instead, they only offered one replacement (even for factory defects) and tried to charge us for the technician’s visit and pickup of their faulty products.
This company’s no-refund policy on defective, overpriced items is outrageous. My husband and I couldn’t sleep for over a month because of their poor-quality products. Total waste of money and the worst customer experience ever. Spending over $3,000 on something that failed to provide even basic functionality is insane, unfair, and completely illogical. Their products are terrible, and their policies are a robbery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
