I went to Smartbank in Destin, FL to close an acct and open an estate acct for my deceased father. Charleen,Tammy and XIO were amazing. They were compassionate, attentive and gracious in all they helped me with. I will be moving all my business to Smartbank!

From five stars to one star in lightning speed. People in the branch are wonderful. However their "fraud" department has gone overboard in the last 12 months. From "freezing" my debit card because I used it a Winn-Dixie to requiring 2FA each and every time I login online. Then locking my account because I had linked QuickBooks Online to it. If you need a business account save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere.

After having a horrible experience with Smart Bank Tullahoma TN, It was very refreshing to be treated so courteously and professionally by the management team at Smart Bank Destin. It just shows how quality people in management positions can dictate the entire atmosphere of the bank. Thx to Ms. Keith and staff for their help. C. Hudspeth

This Bank is Awesome!! Tammy and Bethany bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. I have both my personal and business accounts here. I can pick up the phone and make transfers without any hassle or paperwork. I have worked with many banks in the area and have never found one so accommodating as SmartBank.

Worst bank ever! Atm is always down and so is the site! You can't do anything online. They are very outdated. Crappy bank!
