I wish I had gotten the names of the women who worked with me yesterday! I've had a really hard time finding bras that fit right, so I went in thinking maybe I could try some on and figure it out myself. Both of the ladies there (7/19 at about 3pm) were so sweet and helpful. They offered to measure me and I think we were there for about an hour total testing out sizes and styles. They explained what was and wasn't working with each one I tried and helped figure out how to correct it. The products I ended up getting are SO comfy too. Absolutely will be getting more from Soma in the future!

I went to Soma with a close friend, as neither of us had been fitted in a while and were concerned we each needed a different size. I knew Soma products to be of quality and to have wider bands and larger cups than what is available in many stores. (They even have push-ups and plunges in cup sizes larger than a C!!)
AJ helped both of us together and was such a delight!! She was attentive to our needs (not trying to sell us bras we didn't like/need), and, when she needed to assist another customer, she came right back like she said she would.
As a woman with a significant size difference between one and the other, I had a completely different experience here with AJ than anywhere else. She was understanding, caring, and funny. And, as we headed out, she let us know about the big online sale going on! 12/10, would buy bras from again. 🙌🏻🌟

Hope, was attentive, knowledge and essential! I went visiting in Destin and took my daughter to Soma. It was the first time someone properly fitted her and offered helpful expertise that is honestly life changing. As a mom, Hope gave me peace of mind..and was super sweet.
She needs a raise and a promotion!! If I need anything I'm calling this store 😍

Probably the worst panties I’ve ever purchased and I am 29 years old. I’ve only had them for a few weeks now and two pairs already are torn and this is with me following the care instructions.

Hello there. I had one of the best bra shopping experiences ever. Hope assisted me, she was there the whole time grabbing several different sizes until I found the perfect fit. It was so nice, she was so patient and friendly. Thank you Hope!!!!!

I had the best fitting experience here. Hope was amazing! I tried on 14 bras in this visit. Not once did she seem frustrated or annoyed running back and forth. She was very uplifting and supportive (just like my new bras 😉) thank you Hope!!!!

Great experience! I brought my daughter in as she’s always having issues with sizing and the right fit. The associates were wonderful! I forgot the associates name that helped us the most but she spent so much time making sure we got a few perfect options before her shift was over. She was absolutely amazing and made it a 5 star experience. Definitely recommend!!!

Yvette and Jen were very helpful in assisting me and finding what I needed. It had been quite a few years since I last went bra shopping, so Jen got me correctly sized and suggested her favorite bras, which are now my favorite bras too. They are so light and comfortable, just what I was looking for. Yvette helped me find some other colors of the bras I was getting as well as underwear to match. I greatly appreciated their kindness, patience, and expertise as well as how calm, quiet, and clean the store is, all of which really made for a great shopping experience.

Very disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Two us went in to get fitted and purchase bras since we've both lost weight. We were able to get sized and we're recommended styles. That was the end of the workers help. The size suggested by the worker did not fit, she did not offer to help me or my friend when we stated that did not fit. She went back behind the counter and sorted merchandise. I attempted to ask her for help but she was extremely rude, passive and unfriendly. My friend and I spent about a hour trying to size and help ourselves. Still we're not approached or checked in with by the associates working. Even when they saw and heard us discussing trying to find sizes, the bras not fitting,etc. I was able to find ONE bra that fit but my friend left empty handed still unsure other size. We both left extremely frustrated and not sized correctly. Probably one of, if not the worst shopping experience that I've had.
