BEWARE! Service was great but I took my 8 year old son for a haircut 8/8/2024. It came to $22 which is great, I also gave a $7 tip which brings my total to $29. I was charged $33! An additional $4 was added to my charges. If they are doing this to several people a day or a week they are robbing people hoping the little up charge won’t be noticed!! They have lost any future business from me & I will be passing the word on! Not ok it this tough economy struggling to get my son a haircut as it is!!!

This is my regular haircut joint. Sami is my go to, she is professional, an expert at her job, and always keeps me entertained so we don’t have a boring robot like process. Whoever runs this store if there is a promotion/pay raise system based on performance I would give Sami at 10/10 since I have been coming here the past 3 years!

Done with this place. Booked online with Jess. Wait was about 30 minutes which was perfect because I was 15 to 20 minutes away. I got there and I had 11 minutes to wait. A few minutes went by and I saw on the board I was next in line. Then some guy came in with his son and said I booked online but I could not book with you Jess but we want to get haircuts with you. oh that's no problem we'll just change your reservation from the other girl to me. I'm just finishing up with a client which one of you wants to go next? Wait a minute I thought I was next and now there's two people in front of me because he booked online with another stylist and came in person and switched it. So once those two were added on the board I got bumped and now my wait time was 55 minutes. What's the point of doing a reservation online if you can just come in and go right to the front of the line. I just got up and walked out.

My husband had his hair cut this afternoon and he had an awful experience. His haircut is not faded properly and it’s very uneven and it was not blended. It was an expensive haircut that he will now have to get fixed elsewhere.

Walked in with hubby to get hair cut, his regular spot. All ladies are very friendly. What shocked me was the older lady whom I assumed is the manager as she found a 100$ in the 20$ cash drawer and immediately felt the need to vocally in front of other patrons to let the other stylists know "you can't do that' and rambled on about it. Ms. Professionally you should have waited and discussed at the end of the day or taken each one back away from clients amd spoke to them about it.
