My wife and I were very impressed with the customer service that we received from Laurie on our recent visit. We went in looking for a new pair of glasses for my wife. We left with two new pair of glasses. Laurie was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to help us find the right pair of glasses.

They wouldn’t exchange a pair of sunglasses that didn’t work out. I wore them once and they were slipping off my face. They said there was a stain on the lenses. I honestly couldn’t see it even as they were trying to show me. Pretty lousy customer service. They got an extra star because the people that originally sold them were great. It’ll be back to Sunglass Hut for me next time.

So good that I bought 2 pairs. They always have a great selection at decent prices. If you’re military, veteran, first responder, or teacher, there’s an extra 15% discount. The woman who tended the store the day I was there, is a doll.

I started buying sunglasses from Mike here many years ago. Then Lauren took over and with her excellent level of customer service, I buy no where else. In fact, I live in Illinois and I call her and have her ship them to me when I need a new pair. Best In the business! See you again soon.
