tried to come in here monday at 8pm, when they close at 10. the door wouldn’t open so we walked back to our car and saw customers walk out, right after a worker looked at us and locked the doors. ridiculous to close 2 hours early.

Purchased the 10x10 tent. The tent wasn't stable at the get go. The bracers wouldn't hold at all. Even using the included cord to help stabilize the tent, a slight breeze would bend all the upper supports. Went back to trade it in for something more durable like an umbrella but store policy is returns for unopened items only. Can't tell that the tent is defective until you open and try to set it up. Out $128 for a worthless tent.

Found what we needed. Specials and sales like you don’t usually find at souvenir type places. The cashier told us about one we didn’t even realize was happening! Way better than the other shop that starts with an “A”!

Nice souvenir shop if you're into shirts that should be 1/4 the price but have to say Huk or Columbia on them..

So rude! The male employee said “GD” to us multiple times as if we put him out by asking a question about a size. Also, said “GD” multiple times to my child and whileMy smaller children were present. So rude. I promptly put down my purchase and walked out. My husband bought something he didn’t hear him swear at him. If there was a corporate number I would call to report. Horrible horrible.

Looked all over Destin for the perfect dolphin statue type souvenir and finally found one here! $50 and it's stunning! Even has a turtle which I wanted as well so, perfect!

I came in the store and my family and I were the only customers in the store for about 30 minutes. Two employees walked by us and didn’t ask us if they could help us or even speak to us. We had trouble finding the correct sizes and when my son went to the counter to ask if there were any other sizes available, the employee told him what you see is all we have. Didn’t offer to help us find anything. All the fitting rooms had clothes in them and the trash in the bathroom was overflowing. It doesn’t seem like the employees are concerned with helping customers or having repeat business. I will not be back.
