Wife bought a brand new tank top here that had a terrible fit to it. Returned it one day later with the receipt, and there is a ZERO return policy. Do not shop here.

Demolition price is a joke in this store Lol this is how to get you inside! Nothing in this store was reasonable for the so called demolition ? we waited for a while at their hermit crab section because it took forever for someone to get there and helped us. Yet this lady asian lady "Filipina" walked around looked at us dirty with her pouting face didn't bother to ask if we need help or we were being helped. Just because we stood there and waited SMH no wonder this store is has a bad customer service reviews!! Never going back. Horrible

Wet nice and friendly staff. Many varieties to choose from. Some are very cheap and some are a little on the high side. You have to look around and you’ll find the deal!

We bought a swim shirt, swam in it once and the logo fell off! Came back the next day and they couldn't do anything for us :(! Very frustrating- the product was obviously terrible. We couldn't find our receipt but I was very straight forward about that- said we could exchange it but then they decided they couldn't. Very frustrating :(!!

Count your f****** days surf and whatever. I bought several shirts for $3.99. Wheww child got to be more careful. Im not sure if they are a regional store or what bt there was stuff from all surround beaches (orange panama Clearwater) and very little destin stuff. One shirt was so bad it was even ironed on upside down. See pic...the other stores are higher bt spend that extra buck bc babyyyy this store ain't it!!

Selected 3 tshirts-buy 3 or more for $7 each. Drove 14 hours home to realize that one did not make it in the bag and I was charged full price for the other 2. Sales clerk also tried to charge me $29.99 for $2.99 magnet!!!

This place is BS! Take yalls money else where! Literally bought beach chairs today, haven't used them. Get to our condo and seen they have beach chairs. Called the store and asked if we could return them. But they don't do returns only exchanges. Tell me how that makes sense?! Extremely pissed! Won't be returning ever again. I'll go to albums island the rest of my stay here.

What a joke of a store. Everything here is more expensive than the other stores on the strip and BUYER BEWARE!! No where does it say that you can’t return anything you purchase except on the bottom of your receipt in fine print. Refused to return a shirt we bought 5 min prior because we changed our mind. I will never shop at a surf style again.
