I was traveling here from Northern Alabama and had a lot of vibration at highway speeds. I was able to make an appointment online which I appreciated. The gentleman at the counter, Ron I believe, was friendly and kept me thoroughly informed about the progress throughout. They were very thorough and I am happy to say the service provided was excellent! No more vibration!! Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire and went to go get an opinion on what to do. They didn't have my tire size nor a patch big enough to repair my flat. The manager there was super friendly and pointed me to other tire shops who could help me. I really appreciated his honesty.

I am so impressed with the guys at Tuffy’s, they are kind, professional, and honest. They helped me get the valve stems changed on my 4-Runner. From here on I will always use them for my auto needs. They really go above and beyond and are very helpful. I truly cannot recommend their services enough.

Excellent customer service. We went out and had a flat tire so we filled it with air and took the car to Tuffy tire and auto at 4601 Opa Luca Ln., Destin, FL. At first they couldn’t find anything so they ask if we could leave it so that they could check it out and call us when it was done. The Tires were purchased in May 2024 and with the very little driving, so they probably are still under warranty. They said they just would check it out if they could fix it they would if it was gonna be expensive they were gonna call us so we wouldn’t have pay and we could take it back to the place we bought the tires. This kind of service is not heard of anymore. I cannot rave enough about Tuffy and how they’re helping us out. Most businesses are all about making money instead of customer service. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back. Thank you.
