This was my third time visiting this salon, I made clear from my first visit more than once, that I didn’t want my hair to turn out too dark. I had a nice light brown, and only needed the same color replicated and the roots touched up to cover my grey’s and gloss of the ends. The first two times the color turned out gine, this last appointment, the hair dresser confirmed that she was replicating the same color as she did for my last two appointments and low and behold, I had black hair when I left. She also burned my scalp when she blew dried my hair on a way too hot setting. My scalp is still hurting days after. My hair is now way too dark and my scalp feels tender.my hair has weakened after this visit. I will never dare going back to this salon. Now I am on the search for a new salon. The employees at this salon are not friendly, and they behave as if they hate working there. I’m very upset about my hair having ruined out like this. My main request not to have it turn dark was completely dismissed. Go at your own risk. I now have to get it fixed back to my lighter tone somewhere else, which is going to end up costing me a lot of money and potentially weaken it even more. Highly disappointed and I wish I could get my money back for this mess.

Just went here, terrible employees, all looked miserable. I love Ulta and never have had this experience. Employee told me to move when we were trying to figure out a credit card situation for 1 minute. They had no patience, it was so unnecessary as we were one of the only people in there. I asked an employee to help me clean up a slippery floor to be respectful so no one would slip over the perfume I just sprayed. She didn’t say one word and looked like I made her day terrible. I was smiling and nice the whole time I’ll never be mean but they definitely need some new workers!

I met the lady with beautiful olive colored eyes at the Clinique station. She gave me a few samples and sold me on the skin aging products by Clinique (purple container.) I can't remember her name. Thank you. I'm not local but I will order.

I went into Ulta in Destin, Fl looking for a certain product I had never used. The lady asked me if I was looking for a specific item. She then led me to the product and answered all my questions about it and added some advice on top of that. Now that’s customer service. All done with a smile on her face.
