Kiana and the entire team here are always so friendly and helpful. Patrick, our carrier, and everyone we've interacted with have been wonderful. We're grateful to them all!

Kianna was amazing. I had a package that needed to be sent back and didn’t have any tape for the shipping label. She got it all sorted out for me and was extremely helpful to everybody in line. She needs to get a raise or a higher position where she can train for customer service. Absolutely amazing.

I see no reason to complain. People are doing their work and trying to help.

The United States Postal Service is an absolute joke. What a pathetic excuse for a professional organization. It begins with a phone call with the never-ending loop that will not allow you to speak with a human and if you go in, they may or may not have more than one clerk to help you Many times there are more than six or seven people in line waiting. No one is ever in a hurry to help, they are typical government employees moving at a snails pace. Most of them look pathetically sad Almost like visiting a nursing home

Amazing experience. Staff was so nice. Our postal worker had a great sense of humor and helped us get 3 packages off for our grandkids. We observed how helpful they were to all the customers.

I’m a 3 month’er snowbird and each year (7 yrs) it gets worse in getting my mail here at this facility! I’m retired USPS from up north and never have I seen such uncaring employees in my career! Per their instructions, clerk and supervisor, I keep filling out same paperwork to get my mail which they say will be another 5 days etc, it’s been before 1Jan and still haven’t gotten my mail but I’m paying for a mailbox….very uncaring. BTW….is it appropriate for an employee behind the counter to wear a shirt that says “Black Excellence”, if so, I don’t see the excellence 🤔. Can see why they get a 2.2 overall average, but hey, they Will promote them and move on. Because of people like this they should privatize the USPS! Rant over…..just haven’t experienced anything like it!

Package returned to sender, no notification, no reason why, address is good.
Can’t get anyone on the phone to find out why.
Great waste of tax dollars.

The govt can do better than this! The building is literally falling apart. They couldn't even break a $20 for our postage. Had to put $0.56 on our card.

My visit was great. I needed a stamped envelope. I walked in 2 people ahead of me. The cashier Donny was nice and professional. I appreciate the service. Thank you

The problem with our service is not the on-site personnel at the Destin P.O. It's the delivery drivers not delivering to the correct addresses. I can only speak about the Indian Bayou neighborhood because that's where I reside and experience the problems. That being said, it's not all the time, however, it's more often than needs to be! I hope the postmaster gets some more help and fast! The holidays are fast approaching.
