Chris da man. Brought my 92 year old dad in to get his whole ecosystem switched from android to iphone, plus switch to verizon vs comcast. He (Chris, not my dad for sure) overcame many hurdles and got it over the goal line. Tremendously effective, thanks Chris and Verizon

I don’t entirely blame this store in particular for this. I do have a warning if you go here or to any other Verizon store, make sure everything makes sense. I traded in 2 phones and was told both phones could go in the same box (I was given one box for both) this was after being told by the Fort Walton Beach location that I could just bring in the phones to trade them in. Putting both phones in one box seemed off to me so I very specifically asked “so both phones can go in one box?” And was told yes by the employee. Before I actually shipped them I ended up calling customer service and was told they absolutely cannot go in the same box, and had I done that we would not have gotten credit for both trades.

Very rude people here. We have called multiple times and gotten me put as an account manager but every time we go in store apparently I’m not an account manager. We asked if they had the product in store just curious and the person would not look for us. The person was so rude at this location. We will be switching to AT&T

My wife and I went into the store with the intention of upgrading her old phone. Austin was super helpful and actually made us enjoy our experience inside the store. His customer service and professionalism that day was so great to experience.

After going through a weekend without my phone and receiving the least amount of support online, I was beyond frustrated and felt extremely lost/discouraged. I made the choice to head to our local Destin Verizon store and absolutely do not regret it! Within the hour they had me back up and running as if nothing had happened. It was incredible customer service from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. They went above and beyond to help. It was just the greatest experience and I have so much appreciation for Dexter and Dylan! 100% recommend to go here for any of your questions, issues, or just to thank them for all they do!

David and Dylan were the best! I came in at 5:45 to get a new phone. I thought (sorry guys) it would be enough time, but iPhones have other ideas! They were great and helped me through every step of the way! They even stayed late when my phone wouldn’t move stuff over fast enough! I highly suggest this store! Thanks again guys!!!

We just switched our service from another main carrier. I've had great experience with my other carrier for 20+ years but I had to switch due to the signal at my work only being available with Verizon. I was very nervous but so far I've been very pleased. The transition was very smooth and pretty fast. The store representative we worked with was very knowledgeable and able to help us through the entire process and knew the answers to all our questions and concerns. When I returned three days later to buy a speaker that I got an offer for from Verizon email, the store was out of stock; however, the employee and the manager worked together to track one down from a store 50 miles away, called to confirm availability and set up for it to be shipped to my local store. I don't expect to always have everything go so smoothly but if it continues like this then I'm very pleased with Verizon this far , and with this store!!! If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to add a check in kiosk. All employees were assisting customers when myself and three other customers came in almost the same time. We weren't greeted right away (understandably) but we weren't sure what to do and stood around waiting for guidance. Employees were then unsure who arrived first. It didn't become a problem, we were all helped pretty quickly. But I do feel like a kiosk to self check in would be helpful, especially if there are busier times then that day. Still extremely happy with the service so far.

I broke my phone at the worst time, under a serious time crunch, and Carlos and Austin both went out of their way to get me fixed up and back in business. Total professionals, super friendly,would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

We are not very techy, and need more help than some. And we didn't get it here. The gentleman helping us literally disappeared into the back room while we waited. We returned our purchase the next day first thing at opening and retreated much better.
