As soon as we walked through the door, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We are not from Florida but love fishing. Staff member helped us with the best bait to use. I would highly recommend this store for anything marine.

Carlos was the most unprofessional worker I’ve ever spoke with in the service industry. Tried to return an unused jump starter and he was trying to say that we could not return it due to the fact that the box had been opened even though the battery charger had not been used. Was very rude and will not be coming back

Outdated computer systems that cause multiple crashes where the employees are unable to check out customers. Corporate needs to give their Destin, FL store some love and a raise to their spectacular employees who handle the crashes well.

If you think you may need it for your next boating trip or that tough to find item, they most likely have it. Prices are competitive, and staff checked to see if there was anyway they could provide assistance. Great specialty store worth checking out for all those boaters out there!
