As soon as I walked in Sergio was great. Made me laugh, helped me find exactly what I needed. First time shopping at a 5.11 and definitely will be a returning customer because of the customer service provided by Sergio. #cbpproud

I used to come here for my tactical gear 7 years ago. When I stepped into the store recently it was obvious that they are downsizing. Half of the store was empty.

This place should just close. Its never open and when it is the staff is nasty. Give it up already and stop treating 5.11 customers bad. Sunday at 1:26 pm and its closed. am done with this place

Staff was super friendly and willing to accommodate my needs with patience. Store is a little small compared to others but their service spoke world's. I'd go out of my way to shop with them again.
