Incredible service from Jaden, he was patient enough to support my son with the products he was looking for and even went to look at the warehouse to see if they had his size. I haven't seen such good service in the US for a long time.

The store is very large and there are sneakers of all prices, many of them with a considerable discount on the initial price. I liked it a lot because it is completely self-service, you get the shoe and pay, you don't need anyone's advice. Good quality and 100% original.

Today something very interesting happened. Me and another client took a pair of shoes that had a $75 plus 40% off label. When we took it to the cashier, the other client showed them a picture of the label and honored him the price. When it was my turn to pay they wanted ti charge me $100. Saying that they couldn’t honor it to me, only to the other client. I spoke to the manager (Rise) which said that he couldn’t honor the price to me because he didn’t want to and walked me out the store. He also agreed that they put an incorrect label, I went back and they already took the label off. Horrible customer service!
