The car had a transmission problem and the mechanic who checked it for me couldn't figure out that part of the car and told me it seems to be electric but take it to a transmission specialist, I opened Google Maps and looked for who was dedicated to this and Alex Transmissions was the best in reviews, I drove from Hialeah to get there and went directly to Mario who had already seen it in the other reviews of other clients and in fact it did not fail. I had previously made some changes to the car's steering wheel that were changing the speed of I drove it to Sport and he noticed it, not realizing at first the problem, he set it up with me, he drove it and saw it but the fault was intermittent, he checked the electrical diagram and asked me if I had made any changes, I told him that Yes, he had changed the clock springs on the rudder and he immediately realized what was happening. He printed the plans for me and explained the failure to me and told me, show this to the other mechanic who did that job and explain to him what is happening and he will understand what charged me He does not pay for his sincerity and honesty, apart from that he sat me down in his office and showed me everything that the program had to offer and explained to me, this man is a Cuban with great feelings and good common sense, willing to help you and give mind to matters. Mario is truly a wonderful mechanic. He was recommended to me and I am so happy I went to him. From the moment I called him he showed excellent customer service and explaining the process. After scheduling a time that worked for us both he explained everything again and how the pricing would work. Within two days he fixed the issue. He made sure to provide updates throughout and ask for approval before moving forward. He is the true meaning of a mechanic the shop is way better than some of the big name brands out there. After taking my 2005 Accord to Honda service center to check a bumping sound when shifting gears after car was turned on in the morning and changing a solenoid that didn't fixed the problem I found Alex Transmissions and Mario was able to repair the transmission for a reasonable price. Much less than the options given at Honda and my car feels and rides like new. Highly recommended.
