If I can give them a zero star I would. They said they would pick up my mom (who's 91 yrs. Sitting on w/c since 2 pm) which had a 3:15 pm appointment between 2 pm-2:30 pm. After many calls stating the driver is 4 minutes away the driver arrived at 3:30 pm. Do not use this company.

BEWARE - This is by far the worst transporation company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional, mostly late to pick my mother up and taking her late to her appointments.

Driver on okeechobee rd on 12/23/21 at 11:25 am is driving like a maniac the company's truck,and almost caused an accident .It was a bald guy driving!!

They used to be a good company. My regular driver was a former STS driver who took me back and forth to dialysis 3X a week. He was aware of my health problems outside of my dialysis and made sure that I got inside my house with no problems. Then they took him off of my morning drive. That driver was good as well, but then they started messing around. I don't know if my good driver quit, or they just thought they could re assign me. But I got a guy who broke several traffic laws, including passing a school bus letting off kids! And the personal service I was receiving? Well as soon as my wheels of my walker hit the ground, he lifted the ramp and left me in the dust. So if I passed out, it would take at least three hours before a neighbor would get home. I called to complain, but the owner/dispatcher was very rude and cursed! The next day I decided to try to drive myself back. I couldn't take it. I was doing fine until I ended up in lots of pain. Now I'm back, and Alia is my transportation company. It's been 30 minutes and they still haven't shown up to take me home. I called the main transportation company and they couldn't get in touch with them! They got a voicemail! I need to get home. My BP is low. I need to raise my legs, and I have no guarantee that the driver will help me into the house!
