Generally, my review for box express would be a double 5 stars, all the way from Omaira who is very pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful, to the delivery persons who have always been friendly and profesional when delivering to the house door in Colombia. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years.However, in the last 3 months, we have lost two boxes, not Box Express' fault, but the Colombian Customs', who after opening the two boxes, decided that the second hand clothes we sent, were not second hand and we needed to pay more taxes in order for them to release the boxes. We declined the payment, so lost them both.The two boxess were sent about a month apart, to the same address, to which I have sent countless of times. The second time this happenned I felt targeted.Although I do not blame Box express for this, now I have paid about $150 dollars to send second hand clothing to family menbers who are in need, and the items were kept by the Colombian Customs department. If their rules/taxes have changed, Box Expreased should be notified.I can't take any chances and will have to think hard before sending anything else, you will start losing costumers if this continues.Please speak to the correct Colombian authorities, or your business will suffer. As for what I've heard from others, this did not only happen to me...
