Honestly, the store itself and the male cashier were great. I was able to find a Grinch shirt on short notice, which I really appreciated. This visit was on December 23rd around 11 a.m.
What unfortunately ruined the experience was one of the employees, a girl with half blonde, half blue/teal hair. She came off as very dismissive and rude. I witnessed a customer ask her if an item was in stock, and she simply said “no” while rolling her eyes.
Later, when I was checking out, I asked the cashier a question about coupons I had from Hot Topic. He asked the same employee for clarification, and she replied that they don’t accept Hot Topic coupons, which is totally fine. However, she said this in a rude tone, didn’t acknowledge me directly, and then looked at me as if I was stupid for even asking.
Throughout the interaction, she gave off an attitude as if she was above customers and coworkers alike, which made the situation uncomfortable. I understand policies and had no issue with the answer itself, but the unnecessary attitude seriously hurt the experience. She lacks basic customer service skills.

I went to go buy plushie with my older sister, since there was a buy one get one free sale and i gladly bought it. When we came to the register THE EMPLOYEE WAS SO DAMN SLOW. like i understand but that was literally so unprofessional and rude and she talked so much too.Dont ever go here again.

Right now they have the best licensed movie and series merchandising in the area. Far superior to other brands, with beautiful designs and reasonable prices. There are also some interesting discounts on clothing.
