When it comes to BTX they really needs to leave the delivery industry to the experts, such as Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. Tracking information updates are awful. They lie about delivery time. They seem to have no sense of urgency at all for the customers delivery. If I had the opportunity to use another delivery company, I would’ve. Lesson learned

Fair waiting time for loading.. . Had to back truck straight from a busy street.So if your not good at backing don't come here to back 53 foot trailer. Friendly folk... Over all good ....
