Really bad customer service. They take forever to deliver and they don't care. After you pay at the store, they don't care if you get your furniture or not. High end and expensive firniture with a very bad and unprofessional customer service.

My husband and I bought a bed at the Miami Midtown location on May 22nd and were told it would arrive within 28 business days, we called to follow up and were told that by July 3rd it would arrive to the warehouse and that we would be contacted by customer service. Customer service did not contact us so we called again to follow up. This time the store told us that it’s now not their responsibility but the warehouse’s responsibility to inform us of
