Extremely poor customer service experience. Every time I call I am left waiting for over 20 minutes just to get a response, and even then, I was put on hold indefinitely. It appears to be a standard practice among all representatives. Is there no supervision or quality control in place to manage this?

First of all I want to be specific RANDOLPH CONDE has been the must unprofessional person that I have ever seen in my life. I don’t understand the model of business that they’re are running here but they all seem to just want to go home and not work at all.I went to this place trying to appraise my car and for some reason this person was making me go back and forth just because he didn’t want to do it. At the end and after talking to 7 different people he managed to get something done. I feel like I just waisted 2 hours of my life for nothing. Horrible experience.

Heard good things about CarMax, so we thought we’d try it out. Unfortunately, got stuck with their worst salesperson, Mrs. Lesline. She’s just not good at her job. She is rude and disrespectful. She even made sarcastic comments about our car. Not a great experience

HORRIBLE experience! Do not go here! when you go to return a car within the 30day return window, they will tell you that it takes 2-3 months to receive your refund check in the mail. When selling a car here, they'll cut you a check that day, but want to make you wait 2-3 months if you return a vehicle. We returned a car because my child, a first time buyer, went with her grandparents who let her purchase the car alone. The sales person would not let her test drive the car and told her how much her payments would be (low). The car had many issues and I saw that they gave her high payments despite telling her what it would be when she was signing papers. Avoid sales person juan b. If you're dead set on still coming here.

I literally purchased my car a year ago. The seats inside and everything is in Excellent condition. Same with my sister's car she even has the plastic on the floor on the back. We made an appointment to see how much we get for our cars. We understand that cars Loose value but dammm the way they check to see how much they give you; it's crazy. You drive up and in 5 minutes the guy checks the car inside, takes a pic, looks at the inside and the engine and bam they give you an estimate. When you read they put Good condition for everything. Cookie cutter!
