Stopped in to upgrade my phone and it was 4 pm (they close at 5). There were two people working and multiple people in the store. Angi seamlessly worked between three customers while I was there and it was all done with a smile and humor. I never felt like an imposition. Have been a US Cellular customer for over 30 years - and will continue to do so because of the excellent customer service!

Jennifer Svejda Blickhan has helped my family out twice with our “phone emergencies”. No nonsense advice, awesome service. Great product knowledge. (Thank Goodness,because I don’t have time to research all that stuff). Very pleased with the results! I’ll be back.

Excellent customer service! I have never left this store disappointed - they go above and beyond to help their customers. Truly exemplary customer service. Nick worked his tail off to get us a phone that was compatible with the Dexcom CGM app for diabetic continuous blood sugar readings. He also satisfactorily corrected a financial dispute we had when a different US Cellular store just "winged it" and sold us an incompatible phone assuring us it would work with the app. It didn't. Thank you, Nick, Katrina & Dave - YOU ROCK!!!

We went in and bought two Moto z phones and they were suppose to come with free projectors. We asked them if we had to do anything to get the projectors, and they said they would take care of it all. Also told us they would waive our activation fees. None of it was taken care of. When I got my bill it took two more trips to get the fees waived, and 8 weeks later no projectors.
