Terrible service before creating an account here, go to Banco de América and ask for any type of service and then go to Chase and ask for the same service, you will realize the terrible service they give here? in my case for the only reason I went It's because they supposedly gave $400 to create a business account but in the end I went with Bank of America, which is who I've been with all my life.

I recently attempted to open a business account at this Chase Bank Location, and it was an absolute nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism I encountered was shocking. A representative named Miryan Cotrina Chavez reached out to me directly, scheduling an appointment. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate this meeting. However, upon my arrival, she bluntly stated she had no record of me and didn't even recognize who I was. This, despite her calling me twice to confirm!Such disorganization and lack of basic customer recognition is unacceptable, especially for business banking needs. They gave me the impression that they had little regard for my time or business. I strongly advise against this bank for anyone looking for professional and reliable banking services. My experience left me with a strong dislike for this brand. It's clear they don't value their customers' time or commitments. Avoid at all costs if you're looking for a bank that respects and values your business.

I have been parked for over 15 mins at drive thru window no one attending window, I had to call Bank and advise someone of my presence. He told me that drive theu is temporary closed due to short of personnel. But shade was up, I said you need to bring shade down and place a Closed Sign. Bad service need to replace management or shut down branch
