Very bad service from the cashiers, they never know how to solve your problem and the managers are always busy and cannot assist you. I think that an AI would solve the problem and give us better information.

I been a customer of Citi for over 20 years and today I was denied service. I wanted to do a simple wire transfer. First they made me sit down and wait for a free agent. After 10 minutes they told me that all the representatives were busy and it would take 30 minutes. I then ask why I could not do it through the teller and i told that if I do it through the teller, then people would have to wail. Mind you, there was NOBODY in line.
Poor Service.

I really like this Citibank agency, everyone is very kind and diligent, my agent is Sheila and she is so nice, attentive, she always solves what I have needed from Citibank. I followed their suggestions and within a year with the account they approved me for a loan without any problem. This bank meets all my expectations and this agency is perfect for me. I recommend them 100%
