I have been trying to work with this people and give them couple opportunities to do things right and the always print and cut with a bad quality and as they told me “they don’t care” if they do the order wrong and is they mistake. They also play tricky games pulling your order or just canceling the day of pick up if they don’t want to do it.

Really sad how badly this “Wholesaler” has acted. Between the attitude and yelling they gave the person I had pick up an order to the attitude I get when they screw up an order is disgusting. I was told over the phone that wholesalers do not pay attention to my requests in the notes section and that I can’t expect wholesalers to care about details. These people give miami vendors a bad rep. I work with other printers in Miami that truly care but I kept printing with City Colors because they were the first print shop I started with when I opened my business and I never truly had a problem. I always knew the front desk had an attitude but I decided to take the good with the bad. This last order I did there was no good to take. I was told if I don’t like it go somewhere else like if that’s such a threat. These people need to learn how to treat customers because even my toughest customer I treat better. Before printing with city colors do your self a favor and look at all the bad reviews on here, they are all the same “City Colors has a bad attitude”

After many years working with this company. Unfortunately I had a negative experience with them. My work was lost and I didn't receive a satisfactory solution. I'm very disappointed by the way they treated my daughter and I over the phone. The lady on the phone wanted to close my account and hang up the phone when my daughter was still talking to her. After this we will no longer be doing our work with them.

City Color has always been our go to company for printing but this time they were very offensive, disrespectful and discriminated. After making a purchase UPS disposed the package, and these people were so disrespectful on the phone. Listen I paid for the job to be done and delivered, they didn't do any favor, the least they could do is resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do know how to do things.

Awful quality, bad printing, terrible colors, they save on ink to do the job while they deliver products to customers without taking care of their reputation and customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. 🚨👎🏼 be careful.

Quality has fallen of, and customer service, make sure you dot all i's and cross all t's, because they will not take responsibility if anything goes wrong with the, sometimes unclear, website orders.
