Online buying is a theft, final price charged went over $100 and i was never informed of the difference, my final price was $100 with cents, and got charged $208, disclaimers they said due to availability, but never had a chance to select different weigth or price, nor see the final price i was been charged, i call and cancel my order, that was smooth and done instantly

My experiences with the company have not been so pleasant and after reading some of the reviews that were left prior to mine, it seems that this company has a habit of not being as efficient as they claim to be. Twice, I have received fully thawed, spoiled meat. This last time the late and spoiled delivery was due to the fact that the "careful" person who packaged my items "as if they were his or her own"- which is reflective of the message played as you await your call being answered by a customer service representative (in queue) - did not include the entire address for the order. Thus, the order was delayed and had I not come in contact with the world's best UPS driver, who picked up the phone to inquire about the address, the items would have been sent back to you, which would have been most appropriate - get your spoiled meat back!I am most displeased with Wild Fork! Rather than offer refunds to customers, why don't you attempt to redeem your reputation by sending the customer the meat they originally purchased expecting it to be fresh and edible and provide a refund? I am sure you have more than enough cushion to take some losses, especially when the loss is as a result of pleasing a customer, who at no fault of their own, has had an unfortunate experience. Had I been concerned with money, I would have never spent it for your product(s). The saying is always cliche until applicable - why is good help so hard to find?

Do not buy a Gift Card at any if these locations because you do not find out that you can not use it online until after you buy it and they will not refund.I bought it for a senior handicap person that can not leave her home and only orders online.The people at the store were very nice but they say this is a decision made by Corp.

Today was my very first time ordering from them and I was SO excited….until I realized the 2 bags of chicken wings I ordered were missing from my order. Seeing other reviews stating the same issue, doesn’t give me much hope in any future order. Customer Service told me they will give me a refund for the wings and I can order them another time. So basically I have been inconvenienced and I stand to spend even more money to meet the delivery requirements to get the wings with a new order smh the main reason I paid the annual membership and placed my order was for the chicken wings that I had ordered for dinner this evening. I’ve spent almost $100 on this order plus the annual membership fee and the first order is a disaster. I asked if there’s any compensation for the inconvenience this has caused me, the rep says no. SUPER disappointed. Great food but the lack of compensation expressing their accountability for their inconvenience, this has been a terrible experience.

I placed my first order with Wild Fork Foods last week. Ordered a Prime Brisket. It came next day meticulously wrap and cold packed. It took two days to prepare and smoke it correctly. Followed the Meat Church recipe and it was by far the best Brisket I’ve ever had. Very satisfied! I will be reordering!?

i has been customer for about few years from now ,and i placed about 10 orders.so about my second order was short on few items i contact to them they refund money ,i ask to re ship they ignored completely my needs,last few orders they cut me short on chicken hearts,they don't overcharge me but they never let me know they cant fulfill all quantity i was purchased and today my order said deliver but i don't get anything so i contact to the customer service they said they going to contact to shipping company then they tell me contact to the driver confirm my address because he cant find my address,seriously? they has been deliver for 2 years and never have any issue and now it problem with my address? i call again and customer service rep very nasty and rude,well i don't need get aggravated by a company who don't have a normal customer service.It good company and have good product but because terrible customer service and very poor management this company going have so many problem.P.s i sigh with them for membership delivery which is good idea however pay attention that the drivers want a tip and when i order first time through this option and i don't give him a tip he almost broke my door ,so unprofessional and rude.

They have been great over the past few years but now their service is horrible and their customer service is horrible. They have excuses and more apologies than can be counted.They blame all of the issues on a wrong address that we corrected last year but for some reason the issue came up again.We supposedly corrected it again but now they shipped the order to another wrong address and when I contacted them to cancel and refund my money they argued with me and finally said they will process a refund but in the mean time shipped someone else's order to me.Their customer service is the worst.

I began using WF about a year ago. Everything worked well. I had home delivery, sent a gift to WI, and a couple packages to friends and family for Christmas. This year I have had 5 orders placed and all went well but the last 2. Now I didn't receive the last 2 orders and the system reported delivered. Trying to contact WF was next to impossible. The phone system prompts you to either hold of have a CS rep call you back. The first time the system said I was the sixth caller. An hour and 20 minutes later someone answered. They described my front entrance which was wrong. WF did nothing to assist me and thankfully a neighbor about a quarter mile from my house brought the order to me. This week I decided to try to order one more time. Same result...package delivered but no package. I called and was holding when I decided to email WF. I hung up after 30 minutes. About an hour later I received a call from WF and they inquired about my email. They told me the same thing that they told me a week earlier. You have a front walk with blue siding by your front door. Again that was wrong. I asked what address they had on file and it was wrong. I don't know how the address was changed but I suspect the delivery company may have had something to do with it. The same neighbor who received my order a week earlier came by again to drop off the order. On the delivery box is my name and address. The neighbor can figure out where I live but not WF. Looks like I will go back to my previous provider. WF has done nothing to assist me nor apologize for the errors. **** New Update June 29, 2022**** I just read the response from WF and I am dumfounded that they would think that I would care if they are escalating this complaint to make sure this does not happen in the future. It's insulting and WF should be embarrassed that one of their employees would show a complete disregard for my recent issues. With that said I am reducing my rating to 1 star. FELLOW CONSUMERS - BE ALERT. IF YOU ORDER FROM WF REMEMBER ONE THING - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Customer service is nonexistent.. don’t expect anything from this company other than them taking your Money and shipping you a product that might arrive on time and in tact… save your self the frustration and go elsewhere if you can.

TERRIBLE!Shipped me the wrong items (someone else’s order probably). I immediately called to inform them of the error. They promised to resend the order same or next day. LIES. Didn’t do it, didn’t reach out to advise of change. Just silence. So, called again. Promised to ship out that day! MORE LIES. Sent an email the following day. NO RESPONSE!This is the worst kind of customer service!The problem should have been rectified immediately with only a single phone call.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
