Just had an awesome experience renting a storage unit at ExtraSpace Storage; Brian, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through the whole process, made sure I got the best unit for my needs, and made the paperwork a breeze. Super smooth and efficient. But what really stood out was his great customer service, he was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew his stuff. If you're looking for a stress-free storage experience, I'd highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage, and Brian in particular.

I have been with them since August, I am left speechless about the excellent customer service that the managers who are in the office have, especially the 3 who were there from October 23 to October 25, I don't remember their names... but you should congratulate them for their excellent work... Unfortunately I cannot say the same for those who serve online, since I felt that what they wanted was not to help but to get rid of the client and force one to visit the office....
