Tengo muchos años comprando en esta tienda. Generalmente la gente siempre es amable y dispuesta a ayudar y buscar laMejor solución para el cliente.Pero hoy lamentablente estaba una manager de nombre Asunta, muy grosera, poco dispuesta a ayudar al cliente. Altanera en actitud. Da tristeza que este tipo de personas esté a cargo de la tienda . Por el contrario la cajera siempre fue amable. Decidí no llevar los artículos pero por la actitud de la supuesta manager ...

They close during the busiest time of day for... lunch. I've never seen an entire pharmacy close in the middle of the day. Just bizarre. Hire more folks or stagger breaks CVS? I imagine so many people head here only to find it shuttered at 130pm.

Dona was the the best help! She gave me her undivided attention and was extremely special. She called many different locations to try and find my medication. I couldn't have asked for better service. Truly the best!

When I called and spoke with Donna she was superbly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Upon arriving at 7 pm on a Tuesday there was swift drive thru service and I was attended by Karla at the window. Karla had a radiant, fabulous, and an extremely positive disposition. I needed to swap forms of payment and Karla accommodated my requests and resolved everything with such grace.. This is accordingly my new pharmacy! Thank you both for the great work and positive experience. Karla in particular made me smile at the end of my long day and that experience was not lost upon me. Thank you again ladies.

Donna is AMAZING! Costumer service 10! Helpful 10! Discount help 10! And I want to give her more because she is simply the best! First time at this CVS as I live nearby the one on 74Th st and 107th av. Donna made the experience 1000 better. It's fair to say I am not going to the one near my house anymore as long as Donna works here! Getting medication? Look for Donna! Thank you Donna!

They don't have prices on their items, they're shortstaffed, and they're overworked. Would've got more stuff, but we didn't know what they cost. Ah well, won't be going back to that CVS.

Horrible customer service throughly the pharmacy drive through and I always have issues with my prescription being ready or "not received" however when I place them through Publix they happen to always receive my Rx without a problem. Customer service inside the store is very nice and helpful though.

Short staffed always.. the waitto pick up meds us horrible.. the Farmacy staff is super but there are only two or 3 to serve pick ups, consultations, minute clinic, vaccinations and walking in customers. Horrible. Please help us customers. customes.

Summary: extremely disorganized with prescriptions (attempted to get my prescription multiple times after receiving texts and specific times that the prescription would be ready and every time they said they didn't have it ready), unprofessional behavior (answering personal calls instead of working), long wait times (over 1 hr in either the drive through or inside). Use a different pharmacy if you want to keep your sanity. I just spent two days picking up a prescription that should have been ready a week ago. The first time I went they said it wasn't ready yet and it would be ready at 8pm. It's important to note that I gave them a couple days after I received my prescription in order to give them time to do their job and I only went to pick it up after I received a text message saying my order was ready. Nonetheless, I came back the next morning to pick up the prescription that should have been ready at 8pm, the time they said yesterday. Surprise surprise, it wasn't ready and they once again asked me to come back in 3 hrs (which is an absurd amount of time considering that most pharmacies take 15-20 minutes to get your order ready). This was at roughly 3pm and at around 6:15 I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready... it wasn't AGAIN. I asked to speak to a pharmacist who (after some waiting on the phone) hung up on me before I even got a word in. I was forced to call again only to be told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. When I went to the CVS the line was excessively long and took me 1 hr to get through. Before I could reach the window, the lady at the front desk decided to stop attending to costumers and instead answer a personal call for approximately 15 minutes. Overall, this was the absolute worse experience I have ever had in any pharmacy and will no longer be using CVS.
