I bought some black model beers and it seems that they package regular beer for black beer because it was totally different from the black model beer that I know.

It arrived and they told me that they are closing for Almánzar. What nonsense about customer service, why don't they take turns like in every institution that provides services?
Terrible customer service, no employee cares about your needs.
I don't recommend it. Go somewhere else if you want to be heard at least.

The store is very disorganized. the signs overhead don't necessarily match what's on the shelves. finding an employee is very difficult, and when you do the odds on them speaking English is somewhere south of zero. Fortunately, I was able to find what I wanted, but it wasn't easy this place used to be a real discount pharmacy, but now that they're owned by CVS, they are very expensive

Navarro at 41st Street and 114 AVE
The employee María G. has very bad customer service, she is not friendly and distracted while charging me at the register.
The item I purchased was marked $4.59 and the receipt charged me $13.99, the employee was not interested in verifying the price and I had to wait in line to return the item.
Only two employees for customer service and checkouts.

I love the pharmacy !!! Mrs. Maybell is super helpful, I will keep coming to this store because of her. In the other hands, I don't like the idea of having 1 employee watching me while, I am doing all the work checking out and she is in her personal phone. It is ridiculous, sometimes you have a line of people waiting to check out and you have 1 person just standing by doing nothing. I don't see the reason for not having an open cash register for the people that doesn't know how to operate the self check out. You get a lot of old people and it is not fair for them. You see them struggling with the system and sometimes I seen them leaving the store and leaving their shopping card full of items. That need to change or at least adjust, Pharmacy gets 5 stars, check out gets 2 stars.

Excellent service from the pharmacy Mabel and Jackie are very professional and understanding technicians always there when I call or come to get my medicine very helpful on everything there the only reason I stay at this pharmacy the best excellent job

We especially like coming for the sales on home products and perfumes. Also wanted to thank them, recently they found a loved ones death certificate that a family member had dropped there. Someone from Navarro mailed it back to us, sincerest thanks!

I would like to share my amazing experience with the Navarro on 72nd st. and 97 avenue. a lady in the pharmacy by the name of lizbeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. she took out the time to inform me where I could find a supplement and even called to see i f it was available. Her people skills were incredible. I will transfer all my prescriptions from now on to this navarro because of the service I receive.
