Pharmacy horrendous experience. Zero sense of urgency, long waits, not the first time suggest switching to Publix 5 star. No wonder Aetna stock is sinking. Failure to execute on customer service.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with the photo department at this CVS. Every time I place an online order for same-day pickup, I receive an email confirmation saying my order is ready—only to arrive and find out it’s not. Even when I’ve waited a couple of days after getting the “ready for pickup” email, my order is still nowhere to be found. Every single time, I end up waiting over 45 minutes while they reprint it because they can’t locate it. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The inconsistency and lack of organization in this department are beyond frustrating. If you need photos printed quickly and efficiently, I’d recommend going elsewhere because the staff here is completely unorganized and don’t even apologize for messing up each time.

The pharmacy service is very bad, they open late, I also went at 1:30 pm to pick up medications and they were closing the pharmacy because all the employees take lunch at the same time

The prices in this area are ridiculous, I'm from Orlando Florida but here a case of water costs $9:99, which in Orlando costs $4:99, everything is expensive.

They don’t open at 6am every time I go there at 6:00am they are never there on time. I will call the headquarter because if you are a manager and come whenever you want so don’t be responsible for open the store

The manager and the cashiers are rude. There is not much customer service. It is better not to ask if they have a specific cream because they will treat you with displeasure and little understanding, even if you are kind.

I thought I could just pop in and quickly get a couple of things for my sick mom. I didn't need much from the store, but I noticed the checkout line was pretty long. To save the cashier some hassle, I decided to use self-checkout. I used to work at CVS, so I know how these things work. As I was scanning my items, I noticed a woman standing behind me with a basket full of items, watching me scan every single thing. At first, I thought it was a coincidence, but then I realized she was actually a worker, an older woman. I turned around and gave her a quick smile before continuing to scan my items. When I looked back again, she was still staring at me. By the third time, I was a bit annoyed because she just kept watching me. It felt like she was accusing me of stealing without actually saying it. It was creepy how adamant she was about staring at me during self-checkout. There were plenty of people in line, and she didn't bother to jump on the register; she just kept staring at me as if assuming I was going to steal something. I worked at CVS for over two years, and I know that customer satisfaction is one of the most important parts of the job. I wanted to say something after the transaction ended, like, asking her if she needed something. But she "vanished"
I just don't appreciate being watched and stalked like a hawk. When I come into CVS, I don't want to feel like I'm being profiled and assumed to be stealing. It just seems really creepy that she was watching me complete my transaction, as if she was expecting me to bolt out the door or do something stupid. Do better, CVS.

It was shameful what I witnessed yesterday. An elderly man with special needs was seeking for help to buy soap and he asked a cvs representative to help him, this woman not only was not helpful at all but kept repeating for him to go to isle 3 and offensively she counted showing her hand and pointing 1,2,3 isle 3. When I approached to her and asked if she could walk him to isle 3 she responded someone will be waiting at isle 3, again I asked but why can you walk him he clearly needs help and he is asking you for help? She turned around and walked away from me. I couldn’t see her name tag but it was a supervisor or something, she was wearing a white shirt and glasses. Then Natalia S. was “helping him” but came to the register to look for her radio, complaining about the customer no understanding what she was saying.
CVS you supposedly hire people not only for customer service but for being good humans beings and help, shame on you that not only are failing to do that but to provide the right training for employees to interact with people with special needs.
And shame on the cvs representative with glasses that not only didn’t help but treated him badly, and even me as a customer, she walked away from me.
