Updated Review: Today was my last day even entertaining the idea of going to them. This place is Transphobic. I've done everything they wanted me to do to "FIX" my issue and the same error about my "date of birth", despite being correct, seems to come up. That in itself can be believable, however its the afterwards that really hurts. Despite anything they actually have in their power, including the doctor who was there, they choose to do nothing. I was told to call my insurance and do all of the work again as if I hadn't already done it and was looked at like I was crazy when I told them 3 times that I had already done everything, and that my part was done. The lady turns around and goes back to doing basically nothing about my issue and in general. THAT action that they won't call and help you on a very slow Sunday afternoon is really quite hurtful, and honestly it's behavior I'd never want to see out of my own work if I worked in a pharmaceutical environment. They're embarrassing to be a customer for, truly. This isn't a safe place for LGBT folk, that much is clear because they don't help us with our specific needs.

Last night I went in to purchase Pedialyte and Advil, because I have the flu and since I was the only person in the store, they had security guards, following me all over the store, when I only had a Pedialyte and an Advil in my hands, which they were clearly seeing. They were talking on the walkie-talkie about me thinking that I was going to steal something and at the end when I was trying to pay the Manager was standing against the door, watching me up and down thinking I stole something else, so what I did is, I left the products in their faces on the counter. I don't recommend shopping here at all because it's always a bad experience in this particular location. I had the flu and I even told them I had the flu and I needed these stuff and they kept on thinking I was stealing something else which it was impossible if they were following me all over the store. I felt violated because I came in sick. Just trying to get some medication's and buy them because I have money to buy them and they come and assumed that I was stealing. They kept on saying on the walkie-talkie " she is in this aisle I'll keep an eye on her ,she might steal some "This happened yesterday at 2 AM.

The customer assistance staff at the Pharmacy are attentive and pleasantly answer any customer questions. It is the best thing about CVS, it is a shame that there are 2 or 3 employees per shift (including Dr. Regent).Visit on 11/08/2023 10:00 am approx.CVS 107 Av 74 Street Doral FL 33178

No wonder they pin a review of over 3 years ago. The worst management I've seen in my life. The manager is rude and if you're taking your time she'll simply overstep to check you out. I do not recommend going if you don't speak Spanish. So sad to experience such terrible service

This is my favorite CVS to visit.Daniela was very caring and understanding, she helped me look through the best options for my budget in regards to my meds. She also made it simple and explained the correct dosage and procedures while taking the medication. The service and attention provided by her and the staff was and has always been exceptional!!! Ive been a customer at this location for years and that’s what made this CVS my preferred pharmacy.

Terrible service, the waiting line is extremely long, always have just onePerson working at the window, management terrible, need at lot to improve and the manager need to respect the customers value now time.

This pharmacy never answer the phone. Not sure if their phone even works.. after answering the recorded questions for 3 to minutes, you get routed to pharmacist and then no response from other side .. just nothing.. have experienced this multiple times and multiple occasions. Another cvs pharmacy also reported same issue with this location, when they tried transferring my prescription ..

Unbelievably bad. Only go here if you .enjoy being tortured. Waiting 2 hours behind three cars to pick up a prescription is beyond comprehension. Management is unconcerned and unwilling to do anything to improve the customer experience.

The coupon machine is broken every time. Employers not willing to help with that situation..the store is a totally mess..Employers given bad actitud around you they don't like to ve asking to much..they talk very loud and beside if they are taking between employee. And don't note the customer.....and apply to pharmacy staff too

CVS Pharmacy y más on 74th Street in Doral is a well managed CVS Pharmacy y más location that had everything that you need in a CVS and much more. I really like the location and how everything is organized here. I also like the music and atmosphere that they have created here. Really good place to shop.
