My name is Bedirhan Goktug Damlacik. I have a 2020 Lincoln Corsair. It has still warranty. I had a transmission issue that i gave them a information. Service team were keep the car for 1 month for the new transmission. They told me that we have to wait response from warranty company. Service advisor was Abdiel Suarez. They have to change the oil, transmission and this car has a recall. I said all of this to Abdiel Suarez. But he just keep the car in the service. Oil level is low. They didn’t change the rear camera which thing is on the recall purpose. Also the important thing they didn’t change the transmission although they got approval from warranty company. Car is running like a old car because of the transmission. Transmission is running so bad like before while i am driving. In this case they just change the transmission oil and calibration i think, that’s it. Why i am still paying for warranty? I asked the old part i said i wanna see. They didn’t wanna show me. They just send the car to me. On the paper that i see the transmission parts is changed. But it’s totally fake! Don’t buy anything from this Dealership i will be waiting for response or i will get result with my lawyer. I have never get result with this company. They just trying to trick people.
