Two strikes, I’m out.
Strike 1: They sold me new brakes even though their own inspection video said they were good, then claimed it must have been “the wrong car video.” Funny, because I’m pretty sure I know what my car looks like. Brakes had under 10k miles.
Strike 2: Quoted me ~$650 for a sensor change, $240 for a part VW sells for $100. I get markups, but doubling the price is bold. Add in $405 for 1.5 hours of labor and it starts to feel less like service, more like a hustle.
If you go here, read every report, watch every video, and maybe Google the part prices before saying yes.

My experience with VW over the years has been great. However, my last service visit exceeded my expectations. Jonathan V was so helpful during the process of needing a rental while my lease received the appropriate service. He made sure I received my lease in appropriate matter. The space looks very beautiful, while waiting I was approach by various employees to make sure I was comfortable and attentive. Thank you VW Service and Jonathan for being wonderful.
