If I could give this dealer negative stars I would. I purchased a brand new ID4 on December 10th, 9 days later a light came on telling me to check the front left parking and brake light, I called to make an appointment to have that checked and brought in my car the next day. My advisor Ciro Ulloa told me that they needed to replace some modules that were faulty, that he had ordered the parts and he would let me know when they received them in 2-3 days. That was on December 10th. No one ever called or texted to let me know the parts were in. I started texting and calling Ciro to find out what was going on but after 5 days of texting him several times a day and leaving him voicemails with no answer I finally spoke to another advisor who let me know the parts were in and had been received 2 weeks earlier. He helped me schedule an appointment to bring in my car on Monday and Ciro is yet to even acknowledge receipt of any of my texts or voicemails. Terrible experience both with my new car and with my service advisor Ciro Ulloa. I am seriously considering returning the car since it's less than 30 days old because I have never received such bad service anywhere else.

They lied to me, they told me that my car was waiting for parts and for an inspector to check it. None of that was true just because I called and started pushing they started working on my car. And what the manager told me was that since I had a loaner, there was no problem. It is not the first time that I have had bad service with them. I do not recommend doing services or buying cars from Volkswagen. Their quality and service has decreased 100% and nothing is like before.

They left the sticky residue all over my brand new car and now I have to go pay for a detail to take it off because they don't want to take responsibility. Make sure they don't do the same to you!

This place is the worst. I brought my car here last year in 2022. It had many issues and this dealership did $8,500 worth of work on the car. Almost exactly 1 year later the car started acting funny. The check engine light went on so I brought it in. They took a look at the car and told me what needed to be fixed to the tune of $6,000!!!!! What?! After 1 year?? I decided to take the car elsewhere so I had it towed. They told me they were not releasing my car until I paid the diagnostic fee!!! They did not do any work on the car. They wanted $272! I brought the car to a different shop and was quoted $1,000 Don't go here

Julián is the worst customer service attendant I have ever had. I waited over 20 min to be acknowledged. I would not recommend this dealership car service.

Had an appointment at 1:15, and drove up from Key West. We arrived at 12:30 and PAID $30 for a loaner (WTF). "Service associate" (Ciro) did not know basic functions of our Atlas, I had to run him through what was wrong 4-5 times before he was confident he knew what he had to put on the maintenance request. No communication after that, and both time we reached out, he was "busy" and "they were going to find him and have him call us (never happened). We went back to the dealership just to be told (finally) they'd have to keep the car another day. Come to find out they never looked at our car that day- not until the next day. We had a 1:15 appointment, and they never looked at it. Same thing the next day, nothing until I went in and complained to the service manager (lack of confidence in the service manager, lack of communication), and we got our car back (not all things addressed) at 4:00pm. So after a last minute hotel ($200), 24 hours extra waiting, no communication, stress, taking kids out of school and extra day, and missed work, we got sub-par service. When we were paying, I saw they charged us over $18 for a KEY FOB CR 2032 BATTERY!!! I said I was not paying that, our "advisor" stopped talking to me and left the room. He came back and just said "I removed the charge" and did not say another word. Crooked. Horrible customer service. If you are not happy at your job don't take it out on your customers. Will not go back- other dealerships are available, and I recommend all choose those unless you want to get into a fight. If that's the case, this is your place! Don't be afraid to confront them with their BS, and CHECK YOUR INVOICE FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! Don't agree to pay for something you didn't ask for or request! This place is "nickel and dime-ing" for all the $$ they can get from you. Being a Lithia dealership, it's not surprising, we have dealt with them from Montana to Texas, and now Florida. All about the $$, and "we care about our customers- you are important to us" but they screw you at every chance if it helps their bottom line (even if it hiring cheaper employees who will follow their "actual/crooked values". Yes, our bad for not seeing the underwritten "Lithia" when advertised as something else- won't happen again.

You know that stereotypical "grimy car salesman" type? Yeah that's this dealership. I leased a car off them two years ago. The website to Volkswagen lease said the payout quote was 15k. When I went to the dealership to get the paperwork a sleazy car salesman went to his finance manager for half an hour to come back with ANOTHER quote filled with fake numbers "non tax fees" "Service fee" "additional fees". For starters the service was included in my lease. At the end of the fake quote it said the payout was almost 20k!!! The sleazy sales man was looking to get his commission of course. If you're not careful there, they are going to trick you and make you pay more than you're supposed to. Go to the Volkswagen dealership in Pembroke Pines. They were much more respectful and honest. Gave me the 15k payout quote that Volkswagen website said I'd get. I left very satisfied and relieved that I didn't fall for the Doral Volkswagen lies and deceptions.

I'm still waiting for a response to this post from whom ever runs the yelp account, thieves and liars. Arelis Bravo lied to me and sold me a used car which I found out via carfax AND the car was previously CRASHED!!!! It was leased to me as "NEW" bunch of scammers and liars!

Be CAREFUL WITH UPGRADING. We came in for Battery trouble and one tire having trouble by the time we checked out the bill came out to $954.83. I am attaching a picture of the bill. They charged $177.00 for each tire on a 2018 Passat and we definitely needed a wheel alignment because of these two new wheels. You have been warned.

HORRIBLE, EXPENSIVE AF, and RUDE!!! My mother went in for just an oil change and they charged her $124. For a simple oil change.I spoke with Andres T (the advisor) and he stated "those were their prices". I asked if they're adding anything else to that or if there was something else he could do to minimize my 66 year old mothers expense. He said that was that. I simply mentioned to him they're duplicating fees / surcharging her for a simple Job.My mother was taken aback that they didn't even do an inspection on the car or a tire rotation. Something that was standard on her last visit. He then told my mother that I ACUSED AND CALLED HIM A THIEF !!! Words I never uttered to him on that call. It took me 9 calls to get ahold of him. And when he did pick up the phone, He was very short with me. And to add insult to injury. He tells my mom that just bc of this. He's gonna give her a discount bc "my mom is the much bigger person here and nothing like me". Still leaving the price at $99. WTF of a discount is this. Of course, now that her 2019 warranty is up on her Jetta, they're gonna spike these prices. Talk about corporate greed here! If I could give this place a much lower rating, I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE, they'll leave you broke!

The service here was great.They didn't have such a big variety of cars but they do have quantity on the cars that they offer there. Their prices were OK and they had many payment options but I honestly didn't like the model of the car so that's why I did not buy mine there.
