Total LoJack scam. Doral VW sells you preowned vehicle and they charge $2000 for LoJack with it but it will never work. Becouse they sell you device, but never subscription with it. Moreover, people responcible for it do absolutely nothing about it. So, guys, avoid Doral VW at all cost, just do not buy cars at that place.

I purchased a car in Florida that was once owned by Hyundai but was bought out by lithia. No matter the company change customer service is still horrible. Lack of communication even if documentation was provided. Never again.
