I had a good experience at Doral Acura with sales agent Pedro Rodriguez, he was helpful and thorough, but more importantly he was very transparent through out the whole process and open minded to helping me achieve my goal within the transaction. If there was something he could not do he would immediately look for a solution from higher ups if needed. very professional and responsive. Also thank you to Alfredo and Abdel for helping out with finance and price negotiations. Purchased my 2022 atlas cross sport R line and it was in great condition. It had one small scratch and they made it right with there in house detailers.

The best experience that I have had at a dealership! I am not to fond of dealerships, but this special encounter with Doral Acura was amazing. “Special”… because I want to highlight the superb treatment from both my car salesman and sales manager. My car salesman was Andy Leon and my sales manger was Jose Armando, and I could not be happier that they were the ones helping me out. Andy Leon was extremely active to assist me in my needs as a consumer, and made me feel as if I was his priority customer despite him having to also deal with other people. Jose Armando was very relaxed and would actually let me speak instead of just pushing to make a sale. I am more than satisfied with my car purchase… not only because I bought a car, but also because their customer experience was top tier A+. Definitely go to Doral Acura and look for these guys if you are interested in buying a car.

[email protected] I'd love to know how you'd be willing to resolve this after your staff posts a car online at MSRP and after 6 hours of wasting my time your manager decides to raise the price 10k, this is predatory and dishonest. I'm still going to buy the car and when I do I'll be documenting my buying experience on my YouTube channel with your dealership included in my review. Got there. Spent a couple of hours in the Store and try to lease a car. At the end the sales guys treat us like we were not gonna get anything even though we did. Great cars but poor customer service. Ended up doing the lease somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with Doral Acura thanks to Daniel Michelina and the sales management team. Daniel is the consummate professional who knows his vehicles well and takes the time to explain the features and their benefits. He listened to my needs and worked diligently with the sale management team to meet them and get me the best deal possible. This is the third Acura that I lease with Daniel, and I plan to work with him again when my wife’s RDX lease is done. If you are in the market for an Acura, I highly recommend Daniel Michelina and Doral Acura.

We have been customers of this dealership since 2012. We have leased 3 Acuras since. The sales team has always been amazing and our leasing experience has always been top notch. The Service Department was probably the best in Miami for any brand. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family.Sadly, since the acquisition from the Esserman family, I am forced to say that what once was first class service is no longer at the par of the Acura product line.One thing is not offering the complementary car wash; I am OK with that. Another thing is returning a vehicle with grease and oil stains on the vehicle's interior and exterior.In addition to the above, the mechanic who did the tire rotation left each tire with a drastic different tire pressure, 35, 37, 39, 43psi. This tells me he was not paying attention to the job at hand.These are things you may see coming from a corner mechanic, not from a luxury brand dealership selling vehicles starting north of $30K. These issues has happened already twice but I didn't write a review the first time because I thought it may have been an isolated incident. Last Saturday's visit proved to us it is not. Feel bad for their excellent Sales team. These incidents make it twice as difficult to close deals. Very disappointing.

This dealership has been a NIGHTMARE. I purchased the car online and when I arrived at the dealership, the manager told me the wrap of the car was peeling off and he would “just write me a check” to get it fixed at home, in Georgia. Turns out not only did it cost 3x the amount he said it would, they never sent me a check and I ended up flipping the bill for a $1000 car wrap repair job. On top of that, they lost my car title. I was unable to drive my vehicle for weeks due to lack of communication on where my title was. I spent weeks calling and emailing everyone I could in order to have these isssues fixed, but came to no resolve. I also was charge $500 for “title and registration’ which I will ended up having to do myself. Save yourself the trouble. Do not buy from this dealership unless you want the extra trouble and stress.

Today we had the pleasure to purchase a 2020 integra IXL with only 16k miles . The vehicle is in mint condition white pearl color.. We loved it. And the best thing was the way the sales man (Pedro Rodriguez) treat it us. He was extremely helpful and very professional. Love the service.
