Older Latina lady working there is extremely unprofessional. Instead of making your life easier, she has a absurd attitude. Either she needs to be fired or sent to work behind doors where she wont be interacting with customers.

I left delivery instructions with access code and other information, but driver never attempted to deliver the package. I’ve been at home all day waiting for it, got 0 calls or knocks on the door, instead I’ve got that photo of the pavement. FedEx is as bad as UPS, hate those services

Emma is the best of the best !!!!!!!! She took care of me last minute and did a great job. She is smiling even when she feels overwhelmed and that’s exactly the type of customer service that we value and appreciate !!

I went to FedEx to find a box to pack my skincare products for checked luggage at the airport. Jelanni, the staff member, carefully measured the dimensions, found the right box, added cushioning materials, and secured everything properly. Even though it was just part of his job, he was incredibly dedicated and enthusiastic. Jelanni really made my day!

This shipping center is absolutely absurd. My delivery has already been delayed by two days. FedEx had given me a specific date and time that my delivery was supposed to arrive and needless to say, it’s been nearly two days and I haven’t received it. When I call the company, all the representatives say “You should receive it tomorrow.” Yet, that never happens. I’m expecting my delivery from this shipping center. The customer service is abhorrent and there is ZERO professionalism.

I returned a Samsung smartwatch to 1450 NW 87th Ave, Doral, 33172 US. When it arrived at Samsung, the product was missing from the box only the packaging was received. Samsung sent an open-box video. I contacted FedEx customer service, but the issue hasn’t been thoroughly investigated. So I don't suggest any return product to FedEx.
