I recently had an exceptional experience at the FedEx location in Doral, all thanks to Emma. In a situation that could have easily turned stressful, Emma showcased exemplary customer service skills that truly stood out. My client mistakenly placed a package intended for another shipper into a FedEx box. Recognizing the potential mishap, Emma went above and beyond to locate my package amidst many. Her diligence and attention to detail ensured that the package was held securely at the site, allowing me to make the necessary changes without any hassle.What made my experience truly remarkable was not just the resolution of the issue but the manner in which it was handled. Emma’s proactive approach, combined with her genuine care for customers, transformed a potentially frustrating situation into a seamless and positive outcome. Placed an order online and was supposed to be ready by 5pm. At 5:30pm, when I was on my way, the manager calls me and tells me that they can't fulfill the order and the only option is to cancel it and order at another store. Terrible.

The customer service at this location is really bad I was there last week to make shipment overnight and one of the workers named Mauricio was really rude and didn’t give all the options even though he spoke Spanish didn’t want to communicate with my wife that didn’t speak English I had Abad experience I felt really humiliated because of his attitude towards people who don’t speak English

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It was my first time sending a package so I was kind of lost, Mauricio who was the one “helping” was super rude, every time he asked something it was with a terrible attitude and also told his co worker to take care simply because he couldn’t stand me! All of this thinking I wasn’t able to understand since he thought I didn’t speak English. His coworker instead was helpful and polite. I would never go to this place again because of him! No one had ever treated me like this in this country so if I could recommend you something : GO FIND ANOTHER FEDEX OFFICE THAT IM SURE THERE ARE PLENTY OVER THE DORAL AREA or much better ANOTHER COMPANY!

Terrible attitude from young female employee today between 6:00 and 6:27 P:M she did not want to help me at all very rude could not even print the document. Terrible human being she is , terrible person. This location is terrible

Is the first time at this branch I’ve never seen this in my life, agents arguing with each other in very aggressive way, it made me feel like I was the one doing something wrong as I was part of their issue. Not pleasant! I felt very disrespectful.

Great and friendly staff .they will always greet you as soon as you walk in. Marcha are always helping costumer always making sure that the store is organized and there's never a long line. If you don’t speak English don’t go to this place the attention is bad specially by the customer service worker Jackie
