Came in to RMA a defective switch and dealt with the warehouse Tech. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Management seems to be ok with their actions since they took no actions in reprimanding the Tech.

Flytec Computers is selling products advertised as new while actually delivering products that has been previously opened.New Ubiquiti products come with a smooth brown tape with a tear away strip. The packaged they sent were simply “sealed” with reinforced brown packing tape. Ironically, the pictures attached were BOTH provided by Flytec Computers while I was trying to explain that they sold me opened products.
