I had an eye exam and glasses done here last year. The staff and the doctor were all very nice, professional and helpful people and great to deal with. However despite how nice everyone was it was ultimately not possible for them to supply me with a pair of glasses that didn't result in splitting and constant headaches.
I did feel like my suggestions that the prescription was a little too strong (it was WAY too strong, I'd never in my life had a prescription half as strong as that) were dismissed a little too easily.
Ultimately, after a few rounds of adjustments to the glasses which didn't help, the 30-day window for returning them was coming to a close so I just went ahead and returned them.
It's a shame because I really wanted it to work out and the frames were ones I really liked, but they were just not able to deliver glasses I could wear without pain. But again, very nice staff to deal with.

I was going around in circles with my insurance company regarding payment for contacts. The representative at For Eyes was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She quickly resolved the issue and my insurance picked up the cost for a years supply of contacts, as required. Thank you so much!

Its very clean and the customer service is really great. They fixed my daughters glasses super fast! With no charge! For my other daughter I got an amazing deal. I really recommend. And im very happy with the place.😊Karla was great!!!

Dr. Ana is amazing. She’s a wonderful person who treats you with respect and kindness. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure all your questions are answered. The store staff is also very knowledgeable and kind. I always enjoy visiting the Doral store and keep coming back because of their excellent service.

I can’t say enough good things about Four Eyes! My glasses broke the leg came off and I randomly walked in hoping someone could help. Osiris instantly grabbed my glasses, put in a new screw, cleaned them up, and handed them back looking brand new. She didn’t know me, but treated me with so much kindness and care. I’m like the Dr Ana ,she is so nice ,but the sever people not good , (maybe I was meet the wrong one) I have take my old eye glass want to change lens but after she go check the frames leg is broken ,and she sad not her fault she not. broken my glass ,she not even sad she can help me repairman ,she is irresponsible ,and I not even know which new glass frame l go get she all ready calculate ,know much I need to pay, do you believe that ?
They don’t like people sad they are very good ,
I suspicious she has no training maybe what I meet one is irresponsible!!!
Anyway I will not go back this place if she still there
