The young women serving are extremely rude. The store is spectacular in terms of clothes but if you want to have a bad time try asking the manager on duty for help. They have no tact to serve customers.

Be very careful in this store, they are stealing from customers, their system does not reflect the transactions, they make you swipe the card twice, claiming that the transaction will be returned to you, why does the system not charge it, which if it does, when you return to get your money back, you will be charged. They say that they have no way of responding to you, that is why the managers they have are completely uninformed and do not even call the company to report that the system is begging the clients. Here I leave you evidence of the double transaction already posted. in my bank and they don't want to give me my money back

I recently went to pick up an order with my child and the Music they played on the store was disgusting with a lot of bad and sexist words. Forever 21 you Should be more carefully with the ambient provided at your store for you customers, especially with those with Kids. Also the supervisor girl that manages my pick up order was talking by phone about she’ll do that night while was attending me ?♀️Completely disrespectful and unprofessional!

The customer service of this place is way too far from being decent ,at least. The young woman who said to be the manager … she behaved like a child in tantrum when I requested to keep the hanger of the pants . Something sooo simple. At the end she said in Spanish … MIRA COGE TU HANGER Y PAGA !!! Such a disrespectful MANAGER !! God, Protect AMERICA ?️

I like the clothes they sell, they adapt to my needs. I WANT TO THANK THE PEOPLE AT THE PLACE, THEY WERE VERY KIND, but I want to say that the experience in the Dressing Room was HORRIBLE, it's terrible. First of all, they are very small, there is nowhere to sit, there is not even a way to accommodate the 10 pieces that they let you enter.Also the floor was extremely dirty, well anyway. You can go shopping for clothes, but know that you may have a horrible experience like the one I had today trying on the clothes.Otherwise, a Forever 21 store is the same as another.
