The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a shuttle to and from the airport and cruise ship ports. Free breakfast in the morning with a variety of hot and cold food. Very pleasant stay.

We stayed there for two nights. The hotel accommodation was good and there were no problems with reservations. The front desk was friendly and helpful. When asked he offered suggestions for local eateries and directions within a short walk. We used two shuttles. The wait for the airport shuttle was longer than anticipated. The front desk also arranged for a shuttle driver to the ports. She was on time, very friendly, and professional.The rooms were clean, including the sheets. The bathroom was sparkling clean. I especially liked the tub surround that was just like, newly installed.The breakfast attendant was there the whole time and the breakfast area was fully stocked with fresh food and very clean.

The location is great - especially for families. The place was clean, the staff were warm and friendly, the breakfast was great, the pool was fun, the beds were fine. Would definitely stay again!

Like most others feedback, I had issues with shuttle, first call didn't get one, after 40 min, second call it came almost miss the 11pm. Other similar hotel shuttles come often but once arrived at the hotel , front desk girl Kelly was very friendly and helpful, addressed all my concerns regarding next day cruise ? ?, Thanks Kelly.

Worst shuttle service of all hotels at MIA. Only runs once an hour and you have to call so they even stop at a shuttle zone to get you. Waited over an hour.

Reservation made online prepaid & non-refundable. Two days prior I received email to check in on app- didn’t work. Day of tried again to do checkin on app and it didn’t work so I figured I would just check in at the hotel. Arrived later than I hoped due to late flight & provided my confirmation number which front desk could see in the computer but they couldn’t check me in because their pep system was down. I called Hilton customer service who said they could not help me because it was now after midnight EST and the department that handles prepaid reservations was closed. The rep that the desk girl called told her it could be up to an hour until the system was back up. I asked if there was a GM she could call and she said she tried calling her manager who never answers calls on the weekend. Finally after about 45 minutes (1:30 am) the girl at the front desk took the master keys and opened our room door and said she’d let the next shift know. Hilton is WORLDWIDE and doesn’t have round the clock systems in place for system down time or to cover a department for prepaid reservations? Seriously?When I awoke and checked my app we were checked in. Went down to breakfast at 9:20 and the decaf was almost empty. My 1/2 cup I could squeeze out was cold and undrinkable. 3 empty cereal canisters, cold sausage, cold hashbrowns, no eggs - definitely not as advertised. Room was dated. I travel alot, have been a Hilton Honors member since 2016 and have never been so disappointed in my life.Safety: Was told by front desk there is no security.

The staff and breakfast were fine, however, the condition of the room was poor. I would not choose to stay here again.

First - the shuttle - free is what it's worth. They tell you it will be 10-12 minutes but we waited an hour despite calling them multiple times. The halls have wallpaper peeling off. I would not recommend sitting in the bathtub. Basically it's shabby at best. For the price, I expected more. Definitely NOT Hilton quality. More like a Roadway Inn

planes pass over every ten min or so. the breakfast is over at 9am. they do have shuttles to and from the airport they have water and coffee and tea always available. they have laundry facilities. the pool is lovely and large enough. there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. there is a designated smoking area. beware of other guest as i was verbally attacked in the smoking area by another guest. the staff did nothing about this incident except after leaving the property suggesting that i had called the police....little late for thatnot even ten min after this occured i went to the desk and complained and nothing was done then either, nor did they suggesst i call the police, untill after ive already checked out. clearly my distress at their property with another guest wasnt a concern then nor is it now..i wouldnt recommend this property to anyone trying to relax as you could be the next victim....i suggested to them that they lable their smoking area better than just an outpost. which was the cause of the verbal assault on me.Rooms: the rooms were clean and spacious the tub looked like it needed replacing as the porcelain or paint was peeling from itself.Nearby activities: we went to the dolphin mall which was about 20 min uber awayWalkability: has a gas station in walking distance, a small shopping plaza next to it as well they have a few restaurants in it.

1. The new shuttle policy only runs shuttles once an hour. That is HIGHLY inconvenient. It's almost like they are actively trying to lose customers. They need to change it back to an as needed basis.2.The breakfast is substandard for a Hilton3. I stay here s lot for work and have seen a big turnover in staff. The former staff were welcoming, engaging and made it a pleasure to be there. Maybe they should try to get them back because they were the best part about staying there. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's a Hilton and they should do better. If they can't then maybe they need new managers who will listen.Rooms: Rooms are average. No frills. Some smell like mold. Need to be updated.Safety: It's a pretty safe area and hotel.Walkability: Lots to do nearby

We stayed here over 4 years ago and I remember it being our stay was somewhat easy. This time it was far from that. The room smelled, outdated. We had the sheets, pillow cases changed because it had stains. The whole reason why we booked this hotel is because we had free shuttle to the airport. But that was disappointing as well. We left our room at 5:02AM, and the front desk lady said the shuttle left at 5 AM. We scheduled the shuttle at 5:00 AM, so I’m post to believe the shuttle came exactly at 5:00 AM and left exactly at 5:00 AM? I wouldn’t book at this hotel, it’s waste of money.

This location was fairly easy to get to and close enough to the airport and other places to visit in Miami. Unfortunately the room we got was so smelly - the kind of smell that had seeped into the rugs and curtains. The air conditioning was cold but also smelled weird. The bathroom was clean-ish, but not as good as what I am used to for Hampton Inns I have stayed up and down the east coast. I didn’t bother asking for another room because we were there just overnight. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness esp the rugs. Otherwise the stay was fine.Rooms: Smelly, seemed to be coming from the rugs that are not clean. Bathroom was not cleaned with detail.
