I had a very bad experience in this place, they have a very aggressive return policy that does not help at all when deciding on a design, I bought two drainshowers of different colors with the condition that I return the one I will not use, they told me that they would only give me a credit and I accepted but when I returned it after 16 days they applied a 25% fee. $60 on something I didn't use and returned in perfect condition. I ended up buying everything from my 2 bathrooms in Ferguson, which in addition to having better quality, they have very flexible return policies.In short, I felt like I was robbed.

These guys sold me a shower straight from Amazon with a sticker covering the original brand at 8x the Amazon price… and they gave me a hard time to return it! Stay away.

I purchased over $346.00 in kitchen cabinet handles over a one week period. When I got home one of the handles priced at 67.00 was bent I called the showroom immediately and sent photos to Vanessa. She said she would call first thing in the morning all day no one would call me and they let the phone ring off the hook, I assume they saw me number come in. When they finally answered they said call Gabby at warehouse no one answered phone rang off the hook, finally got thru she wasn't there excuse and lies. I went that day to warehouse to exchange they refused to exchange it. As if I damaged it! The worst customer service ever. When I picked up the item the warehouse staff should have opened the package and/or informed me absolutely no exchange! I needed the item to complete my kitchen so I was forced to purchase another handle oh, they gave me 20% off a new handle another $50 spent there. $400 in handles and this how I was treated. The guy in warehouse actually tried to keep the damaged handle. Please people be careful when dealing with Jinox aka Euro hardware. No respect or integrity for customers. Oh yes Vanessa said it was because of politics she couldn't make the exchange I asked what does politics have to do with this she was a bit weak and clueless. Go to Jako and/or Imeca! UPDATE I ordered items from Jako they came in today I no longer needed the items they gave me a refund not a store credit! SHOP at Jako!

This is the worst customer service I have received, anywhere, ever. I entered this store after having visited several others, searching for a toilet and linear shower drain. I knew the exact styles I wanted and was ready to make an immediate purchase, as my bathroom has already been demolished, and will be completely remodeled this week. I ask the store rep for the price of two toilets that I liked, and also asked what the brand names were, as there were no prices listed (HUGE red flag), and I didn't see any brand names on the toilet surfaces. The man answered my queries, with very reasonable prices and with the assurance that the brand was Roca for both toilets. When I asked "where can I see the brand names on the toilet?" (since every single toilet at every other store had the brand names stamped on), his reply was "oh, well, you won't see the brand on the actual toilet because Roca makes these exclusively for us, but you'll see the brand on the box when you pick the item up".. I was skeptical, but given the fact that I was in a time-crunch, and the prices were sooo good for Roca, I was game. ....I also must mention that meanwhile I was having this interaction with the salesperson, my mother was checking out one of those fancy electronic toilet/bidet combos, and since she had no idea how they work, she was manually lifting/lowering the lids. Keep in mind, there were no signs anywhere stating that you should not touch the toilets, nor was there any information explaining how the toilets work... Upon noticing my mother manually lifting/lowering the toilet lids, the man that was (reluctantly) assisting me, rather than politely asking my mother to not touch the toilet, or God forbid, offering an explanation on how it operates, decided to instead bark at her to not touch the lid and said she was going to break it. I chose to overlook this man's blatant hostility and utter lack of professionalism and moved forward with my purchase--simply because it was 4:45 on a Saturday, so every other store in the area was either already closed, or closing in 15 mins, and I needed the toilet for Monday. As I was leaving the store, I decided to double check with the man and asked "okay, so when we pick up the toilet on Monday, it's going to say the brand on the box, right?" and he said "yes, you're going to see our brand on it" ...and so I said "no, not your brand. It's going to say Roca, right?" and it's at this point, AFTER I had made my purchase, as I was getting ready to walk out the door, and even then, after reiterating TWICE, that he told me "oh, no. that toilet isn't Roca, I was mistaken". I then ask "what do you mean? you said it was Roca, and that they make it exclusively for you which is why the brand isn't on the toilet body, and that I would see it on the box..how did you not mention this to me before having me pay for it?" he then confers with a colleague to verify the brand name, (which is actually KDK, if anyone was wondering) and said, obviously irritated, "here give me your card and I'll refund it" ...ummmm .. ???. Anyone can make a mistake, that's totally understandable. But dude. You OBVIOUSLY noticed this while you were ringing me up and decided to keep your mouth shut, and if I hadn't asked twice, I would have left the store believing I purchased a Roca toilet, and would have been none the wiser until pickup on Monday. I now see on other reviews that they apparently charge a 25% restocking fee, and even then, they don't give a refund, but rather a store credit. So this guy was literally trying to scam me. The worst part of it all was that, yeah, this dude was trying to piss on my back and say it was raining, but he wasn't even nice while he was doing it! He was rude as crap. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. So if for any reason you do decide to patronize this shady AF establishmen

Osvaldo outstanding excellent customer service. #1 store for all your bathroom needs. They help you with the prize, everything great quality and unique look. All 3 of my bathrooms from toilet to shower and shower heads are from JiNOX. Great quality, highly recommend JiNOX products. All staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming, you feel good after your purshase.

Bought plumbing kit for a new bathroom. When purchased I've told that plumbing part had a life time warranty on it. install it the part, the following day a rubber broke. Had to a deadline to finish the project so I went back to the store. received a different welcome, told me there is nothing they could do about it. The gentleman at the warehouse told me that he will do his best to get the part for me and will give me a call in few hours...I'm still waiting for the call. En up going to a specialist to ind the part. My point is not really about the product itself I would say "thing happened" but at least stand behind your product and try to help the customer the best that you can to resolve the issue. that was a final sale after I left the door. Home depot doesn't have as many choices but at lease you can return or get your money back. Will not buy there again !

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING YOU DONT NEED TO RETURN IT THEY CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND THEY ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD WHEN YOU HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING.

Be aware of this crocks, they never tell you that is not money return, only store credit, so you get hooked with them. Sale associate hide when you go claim your rights as a costumer. They lie you on the discount and if something is wrong with your purchase like (defective) no return.We don’t recommend this business.

Wonderful store, however the worst customer service I have had in the U.S! No empathy for the client, bad attitude,probably not well loved(God forgive me), but I won't be back ever again!I have a carpentry business and a lot of times I come to the store with the architect to choose a (puxador eu não sei em inglês se pá tu sabe)(DRAWER TRACK?), This is the third time that I get this lady to take care if me and I always let it be, today I came with my wife and she witnessed the inhospitable way in which she treated me.After all of this, they sent me to a deposit, it took forever, but the people treat you well and are hospitable such as the gentleman that also takes care of customers in the storeb¡Tienda "fantástica", más con el peor vendedor que me ha servido aquí en los Estados Unidos! Sin empatía con el cliente, frunciendo el ceño, malhumorado, probablemente un ser mal querido (Dios me perdone), ¡pero ella no merece que regrese de nuevo! Tengo una empresa de carpintería y a menudo vengo a la tienda para que un arquitecto elija el mango o el hardware, por tercera vez soy mal atendido por esta dama, nunca le preste atención, esta vez mi esposa fue testigo de su grosería y estupidez. Después de todo, me envían a un depósito para retirarlo, comete el horror de venderme la pieza errada, al menos en el almacén la atención es más agradable, al igual que también un señor que trabaja en la tienda a los clientes ..... Insatisfecho !!!Loja "fantástica", mais com a pior vendedora que já me atendeu aqui nos EUA! Nenhuma empatia com o cliente, cara fechada, emburrada, provavelmente uma mal amada (Deus q me perdoe), mais que não merece que eu volte nunca mais! Tenho uma empresa de marcenaria e muitas vezes venho até a loja para que um arquiteto escolha o puxador ou ferragem, já pela 3 vez q só destravado por essa senhora, sempre relevei, desta vez minha esposa comigo presenciou sua grosseria e estupidez. Depois de tudo, me mandam para um depósito retirar, demora horrores, mas às pessoas são pelo menos agradáveis, tal como o senhor q também atende os clientes da loja...Insatisfeitíssimo!!!
